For Mud Hero, the after party "Mud Bash" is never very good, plus terrible mosquito problem for campers. And they close off camp ground showers to charge all event attendees for private showers. And, they jack the camping price per person.

Swimming hole and staff are good. There are some showers too. Probably decent if you have a camper to make up for lack of amenities.

Great Folk, the site is geared towards an audience that wants to party. Live music most weekends and a great setup. The campsites are definitely "rustic" but lend themselves to events really well.

Did the Mud Hero which is great for charity but this year was different ....paid late and it cost $80 a person. $10 for parking, $5 dollars for coat check and $5 for a hot showers...starting to become a money grab where ever they can now.

Mud Hero... too much running and not enough obstacles, but still had a great time with my friends at the event

Not enough amenities for tenting. No modern toilet option, lack of fire pits and picnic tables. No real "sites", just tree areas.
